As a native New Yorker, Tameka is known for her “keep it moving” way of doing business. In her early years, she worked in the not–for-profit management industry. Tameka obtained her master’s and doctorate degrees in business and eventually merged her early love for helping others and passion for real estate into her everyday businesses. Active in the community, Tameka is a national trainer for the National Association of Realtors, President and Founder of Women In Real Estate and volunteers in several organizations including the National Association of Real Estate Brokers, and is currently Kansas City’s first African American MLS President.
